My name is Vinod Chandra Agrawal, 74-year-old. It my pleasure to work with Shri Ram Dutta Shukla Jee and understand Yoga and all associated elements of the same. This includes various ASNAS, PRANAYAM and MEDITATION. Pandit Jee (As I call him) is a well experienced Yoga teacher of Anuvratyog. He taught Yoga from world known Bihar School of Yoga and doing practice since long.
He has customized the Asanas, Pranayama and meditation in such a way that suits to your body and age. He executes all these three elements of Yoga in a very methodical way and also makes you happy and keep engrossed throughout the class parting his knowledge with small stories. I have to wait till 5.0 PM daily till I look at see his smiling face and a cutting laughing joke. As the class starts, he keeps watching at you and look at very minute things of all the three aspects of Yoga. Pundit Jee keeps changing Asanas so that every part of body remains flexible. Like the toe is straight pointed out and whether skin is starched or not. He observes the stomach is moving in and out with the inhalation or exaltation of breath. His penetrating eye even look at your eye lid whether is blinking during meditation or stable. I have been his learning with him for last 4 years and found tremendous improvement in my overall health. Meditation without movement of any part of body and stress less body is final aim which Pundit Jee ensures. Pundit Jee has improved my life style in such a manner that results are obvious in my Diabetes. His joining the Yoga with the present medical science is classic combination and makes you understand that his technique is correct and effective. For example, he always stresses to take deep breath and press the diaphragm to lower side. This ensure the air has deeply reached to bronchioles and lower lobe of Lungs. This area otherwise deprived of air. Holding air for 5 seconds ensues proper inter mixing of air and release of bad air more effectively. This science of Yoga nobody teaches.
I love working doing Online Yoga with him and also understood the harmful effects of doing Yoga watching the YouTube.

2. Swadhishthana Chakra is located near the prostate gland and ovaries.
3. Manipur Chakra is located near the adrenal gland and pancreas gland.
4. Anahata Chakra is located near the thymus gland.
5. The vishuddhi chakra is located near the thyroid and parathyroid.
6. Ajna chakra is located on the third eye near the pituitary gland.
7. The Sahasrara Chakra is located near the Pineal Gland, thalamus and Hypothalamus.
