The Anuvrat Yoga Sadhana Center provides services in the form of a picnic point on Sundays, offering various physical and mental activities for all members of the family. This one-day retreat takes place on Sundays from 6:00 in the morning until 9:00 at night, with the main goal of encouraging people to live a life filled with peace and joy.

The aim of picnic activities is to provide an enjoyable and recreational outdoor experience for individuals or groups. Picnics are typically leisure activities where people gather together to share a meal, engage in fun and relaxing pursuits, and enjoy nature and each other's company.

The activities at the center include traditional games, yoga sessions, music and dance, laughter yoga, and body detoxification techniques, all aimed at enhancing mental and physical well-being.These are especially good for heart and mental health

The main goal of yoga is to unite the mind, body, and spirit to achieve self-awareness, inner peace, and higher consciousness. It incorporates various techniques, including physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), meditation, and ethical principles. Yoga is a non-religious practice but can be integrated into different spiritual and philosophical belief systems.

My name is Vinod Chandra Agrawal, 74-year-old. It my pleasure to work with Shri Ram Dutta Shukla Jee and understand Yoga and all associated elements of the same. This includes various ASNAS, PRANAYAM and MEDITATION. Pandit Jee (As I call him) is a well experienced Yoga teacher of Anuvratyog. He taught Yoga from world known Bihar School of Yoga and doing practice since long. He has customized the Asanas, Pranayama and meditation in such a way that suits to your body and age. I love working doing Online Yoga with him and also understood the harmful effects of doing Yoga watching the U-Tube.
